Dear Participant, The testing process you participate in through this form is carried out to evaluate the user experience, performance and reliability of the digital product being developed.

We would like to inform you about these topics:

  • Participation is entirely voluntary.
  • You may be presented with different versions of the application/software during the testing period.
  • Your feedback will be used to shape the final version of the product.
  • You may be sent forms, surveys, usage statistics, and communication content.
  • You can withdraw from the testing process and request deletion of your data at any time.
  • If you encounter any technical problems during the test or would like to make a suggestion, you can contact us.

INFORMATION TEXT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (“KVKK”)

This Disclosure Statement has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and relevant legislation. The personal data you provide to us may be processed by [ErgulLabs], acting as the data controller, for the purposes described below.

  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose.
  • To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically.
  • To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurately processed data.
  • To request the deletion or destruction of data if processed in violation of the law.
  • To object to the results obtained against you through analysis of the processing, exclusively by automated systems.
